Grow School of Ministry is a leadership training program focused on equipping leaders with a strong biblical foundation to influence and impact the areas God has called them to.
BIBLICAL LEADERSHIP
FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM
ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
The Biblical Leadership Foundations Program is a one night per week program with courses and workshops that equip students with the foundations to lead a life of ministry. Courses and weekly workshops cover many ministry leadership concepts grounded in biblical teaching. Engagement in this program propels students to grow as leaders in many areas of life while building community with others and making a difference in our community with outreach and ministry projects. Students who complete this program will receive a Certificate in Biblical Leadership Foundations and will be eligible to continue to the Year Two: Influence & Impact Program.

Influence and Impact is a leadership and activation program designed for students seeking greater leadership in every area of influence God has called them to. This program will introduce students to Influence by engaging the seven spheres that shape culture: family, religion, education, government, media, arts & entertainment, and business/economy. Students will also develop in Impact by growing in reliance on the Holy Spirit through His wisdom, gifts, and guidance. Through workshops, conversations, practical activations, and exposure to top leaders already operating in these spheres, students will explore what it looks like to lead in real-world settings. Students will gain perspective on how God works through people and systems, discern where they are positioned to serve, and begin stepping into opportunities to lead with spiritual authority and faithfulness. Students will be aligned in their calling, confident in how they carry God’s presence, and prepared to move forward in the opportunities God opens. Influence and Impact is designed as a launching place – forming leaders who partner with the Holy Spirit to thoughtfully and faithfully shape culture for the Kingdom of God. THEMES
Influence & Impact is a Bible-based, Spirit-filled activation environment built around the 7 Mountains of Influence.
Rather than a single short course, Influence & Impact is a series of themed learning environments, led by multiple instructors, that equip students to lead within the mountain God has called them to.
