OUR MISSION
At GSM, our mission is to equip and develop believers for impactful ministry, in alignment with Ephesians 4:12—“for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”
We are committed to:
- Perfecting the saints through intentional discipleship, mentorship, spiritual formation, and leadership training.
- Empowering individuals for the work of ministry in the local church, the marketplace, their families, and the global mission field.
- Edifying the Body of Christ by cultivating unity, maturity, and purpose-driven servant-leadership in every area of life.
Through biblical teaching, hands-on ministry experience, and a Spirit-led environment, we exist to raise up a generation of Kingdom-minded leaders who will transform their community and world for Jesus Christ.
WHat is GSM?
Grow School of Ministry is a leadership training program focused on equipping leaders with a strong biblical foundation to influence and impact the areas God has called them to.
The Biblical Leadership Foundations Program consists of one academic year of courses and workshops. These are designed to equip students with the knowledge of how to practically apply biblical principles in their lives in order to confidently lead themselves and others to experience the meaningful life and full purpose God designed for them. Students who complete this program will receive a Certificate in Biblical Leadership Foundations and will be eligible to continue to the Year Two: Influence & Impact Program.
Influence & Impact is for students and alumni who are ready to step into leadership responsibility to influence and impact where God has called them to make a difference.
It is designed for those who:
- Have completed Biblical Foundations and experienced personal leadership and emerging leadership understanding.
- Sense a call to lead beyond themselves — teams, organizations, business, systems, or movements
- Want their faith to shape real-world outcomes, not remain theoretical
- Are ready to steward the gifting, strengths, experiences, passions, and positioning God has entrusted to them.
God has called us all to make a difference, sometimes we just aren’t sure what to do or how to get started. GSM helps students answer that call by equipping them with training, knowledge, and practical next steps, resulting in leaders who confidently live out what they were made for.
